This page will essentially be a journal of my preceptorship experiences this summer (PHIPA compliant of course).  I encourage other students to share and discuss their experiences in the comments section below.

I believe the personal/emotional side of paramedicine (as a student and professional) is often under-acknowledged and there isn’t enough discussion surrounding the mental health aspects of this career.  It is my sincere hope that this page will grow into something that will provide some perspective and insight to new students, preceptors and current medics alike.
