		<description><![CDATA[This tracing shows a rather typical pattern for this combined electrolyte imbalance, namely a characteristically narrow-based, peaked T wave (high potassium effect) at the end of a long ST segment (low calcium effect).  The clinical disorder that this is suggestive (but not proof) of is chronic renal failure. 1
